Let me warn you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I felt compelled to share this cautionary tale, hoping to prevent others from enduring what I did. I spent $372 on new glasses, only to receive them scratched. For two days, I tried to talk to a human to fix this issue, but there was no luck. I tried to start a return or exchange, but I never received the return label the "bot" kept promising to send to my email. After finally talking to a human, they sent me the wrong information for the return! The ineptitude was truly astounding, and it felt impossible to get help, which is why I'm sharing my interaction with their customer service.

Customer: I received my glasses scratched, and I've been trying for two days to get a return label, but nothing comes to my email. CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you've experienced. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number? Customer: It's #12345. And yes, I've already tried starting a return, your bot kept saying it sent the label, and when I finally spoke to someone, they sent me the wrong info! CS Rep: I understand your frustration. It appears there was an error with the previous return label generation. I am very sorry for this oversight. I will process a new return label immediately and ensure it's sent to the correct email address associated with your order. Customer: So you're sure it will be the right label this time, and it will actually arrive? I'm tired of wasting my time. CS Rep: Yes, I will personally verify the information before sending it, and I'll also follow up with you by email in an hour to confirm receipt. We want to resolve this for you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
