I paid $19.95 for 'next day delivery,' but my order took almost a week, despite having plano lenses that needed no production. When I tried to resolve this, their automated phone lines and chat bots were useless, and my emails were met with crickets. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their website clearly stated 'next day delivery,' which simply didn't happen, and I was being charged for a service not rendered.
