Online Glasses Scam? My Frustrating Price-Change Nightmare! 😡

Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. I recently tried to buy glasses, and what happened was utterly unacceptable. My direct conclusion about this experience? "Today, I shopped for glasses and found a really good price on Pentax ZT100. Website priced at $40.60 so I built my order and check the pricing $58.00! I was just about to submit a screenshot and they raised the price! Shady!! Anyway they have no CS Phone # and botchat can't help what a hassle! Got a live person and he gave me the runaround, even though I had proof he blamed the increase on first lense which is a separate charge and the he tried frame color which was the standard for that price. These guys are shady!!!" I felt completely ripped off and frustrated, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review and initiate a conversation with customer service to demand an explanation.

Customer: A special link with the original price is the only way I'd consider it. But what about the principal? Changing prices like that, as advertised, is just shady business.
