I ordered safety glasses, and to my dismay, they sent me the wrong prescription, causing dizziness and nausea. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a safety hazard. What made it even worse was that it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and I still can’t get in touch with anyone. My frustration grew immensely, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try one last time to engage with their customer service.

Customer: I received my order, and these glasses are completely wrong. The prescription is incorrect, and it's making me dizzy and nauseous. We will arrange for a return of the incorrect pair and prioritize sending out a new pair with the correct prescription as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you. I will personally ensure this is handed off to a dedicated specialist who will contact you directly via email within 24 hours to confirm the details and provide a shipping label for the return. You will also receive tracking information for the new order.
