I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," but my order took days to even ship, let alone arrive. The site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery," but that was a complete lie. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with their customer service because they completely failed to deliver on their promise and then made it impossible to get a human to address the issue.
