Nothing to "produce" as the glasses had "Plano lenses" with no prescription, so still not sure of the delay in “production.” Naturally, I tried to reach out to them for a refund of that $19.95 next day delivery fee, but getting a human was an almost impossible ordeal. After countless attempts through automated lines and useless bots, I finally managed to connect with someone, only to be met with more frustration.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery, $19.95, and my order is clearly not arriving tomorrow. Your site promised "next day," but now I'm told it will take 3 business days for processing and then delivery took even longer. What is going on? I want my money back for that fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I apologize for the confusion regarding our shipping times. The "next day delivery" option refers to the shipping method once the order has been processed and ready. Customer: That's deceptive! When I see "next day delivery," I expect it to arrive next day, not a week later. You charged me for a service you didn't provide. I'm not interested in excuses; I want a refund for the $19.95 fee. CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I understand how that can be misleading. I've noted your request for a refund on the express shipping fee.
