My third order from Eyebuy Direct was supposed to be 'next day delivery,' for which I paid an extra $19.95. Instead, I received an email hours later stating it would take '3 business days.' This blatant misrepresentation prompted me to try reaching out β first their automated phone line, then a bot chat, then multiple emails, all met with crickets. The frustration of being forced to interact with endless automated systems just to get my money back for a service they didn't deliver is why I felt compelled to leave this review and finally demand a conversation.
