Following their 14 day return policy I used their return authorization within the time limit, shipped glasses back via UPS at their recommendation, yet no credit or contact of any kind. There is no phone number that connects, rather robot chat session that lead to circular frustration. This is a total waste of $347 and I've already shipped the product back with their authorization form. Buy at your own risk." I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because after shipping my product back, I've received absolutely no communication or refund, and I'm left completely in the dark.
