GlassesUSA: My 19-Day Express Shipping Disaster! 😡

My online shopping experience with GlassesUSA was absolutely terrible, and I want to share my story as a cautionary tale. I ordered glasses on March 30th and even paid for express 3-5 day shipping because my old ones broke. Day 5 came, still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I called for a shipping refund, which they gave, but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. It's Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this company clearly doesn't give a crap about its customers, and I needed answers.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. It's been nearly three weeks since I ordered glasses from you, and I still haven't received them! I paid extra for express shipping, and they were supposed to be here in 3-5 days. What is going on?

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the frustration this has caused you. I understand how urgent it must be to receive your glasses, especially after paying for expedited shipping. Let me pull up your order with your details and investigate the current status immediately.
