GlassesUSA: My "Next-Day" Delivery Scam & Automated Customer Service Hell! 😡💸

My terrible online shopping experience at GlassesUSA compels me to share a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery," which their site stated was eligible, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take "3 business days." I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because after numerous attempts, including calling their automated line and trying their chat bot, I simply couldn't get a human to address the fact that I paid for a service I never received.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, and it's clearly not next day. Your website is misleading, and I haven't been able to speak to anyone about this. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding our shipping times and the difficulty you experienced reaching us. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Customer: Confusion? I paid for "next day," not "3 business days." And then your phone lines are automated, and emails go unanswered. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I can see the expedited shipping fee on your order. I will process a full refund for that $19.95 delivery charge right away. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: Thank you for the refund. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
