GlassesUSA Scam Alert: Don't Fall for Their 'Next-Day' Rip-Off & Horrible CS! 😡⚠️

Let me share a terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping it serves as a stark warning to others. I was completely ripped off for a service that was never provided, and their customer service is a nightmare. I paid for "next day delivery" expecting just that, but instead, hours later, I got an email saying my order would take "3 business days." This company, GlassesUSA, is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. My only option was to fight for a refund, which led me to try to talk to someone, anyone, about this blatant misrepresentation.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and now my order is showing 3 business days for processing. Where is my next-day delivery? I want that fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I can submit a request to our billing department regarding the delivery fee. Customer: A request? No, you are not providing the service I paid for. I need that refund processed now. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience. My system allows me to submit the request, and the billing department will review it. I am unable to process a direct refund from my end. Customer: This is exactly why your business is horrible. You force me to deal with bots and then when I finally reach a human, they can't even fix a simple issue. I'm done with this company.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services GlassesUSA does not provide, and getting stuck in their automated customer service labyrinth.
