My recent purchase was marred by such blatant dishonesty, as the website doesn't honor promos it advertises. It felt like they deliberately made it impossible to collect the offer when the site was full of glitches. This left me with a clear feeling of being ripped off, and the company's response was nothing short of unprofessional. I felt compelled to contact customer service to resolve this, demanding a simple credit back to my card, but their proposed solution was infuriating: "Return them (even though their correct style and prescription) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the BOGO they messed up and admitted." I mean, seriously?
