They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I couldn't get a response for a refund; all they kept telling me was it's "in transit" from a BOT. This frustrating ordeal compelled me to leave this review and finally reach out to a human customer service representative to demand a resolution.

Customer: I'm calling because I still haven't received my order, and you have $246 of my money. My tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta, and I keep getting bot responses saying it's in transit. I want my money back. CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you've experienced with your order and the lack of a clear update. I understand this is very frustrating. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's #105081183. This is ridiculous. I placed this order back on February 24th. I want my refund, I never got the glasses! CS Rep: Thank you, I've located your order. I see the tracking indeed shows a prolonged transit status. Let me initiate an investigation into the shipment's whereabouts right away. If the order is confirmed lost, we will process your full refund immediately. Customer: "Immediately" means when? I've been waiting for weeks, and I’m tired of being told it's "in transit." I need my money back now. I shouldn't have to chase you down for this.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
